Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within seven business days. Exceptions (such as pre-orders) will be noted on each product page. Please contact us if you need your item sent by a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an automatic email when your order ships!

USA and Canada Shipping

For orders under $60, flat rate shipping is $2.00.

For orders under $100, flat rate shipping is $9.99.

For all other orders under $400, flat rate shipping is $25.00.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

For orders under $70, flat rate shipping is $25.00.

For orders over $70, flat rate shipping is $60.00.

International customers are responsible for paying any import duties.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. We do not refund for packages lost or held in transit. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.

If a parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your home, with neighbors, and with your local post office.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please email us with your order number in the subject line to arrange a re-shipment. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.
